As Hidonix continues to grow, the company is sharpening its focus on defense and government missions and evolving how our products go to market to better serve customers and scale globally.
For existing customers, nothing changes. All current contracts remain valid and unchanged. Support, updates, renewals, and service will continue to be handled directly by Hidonix, with the same teams and points of contact. Our product roadmap and release plans also remain on track.
For new customers, Hidonix is transitioning to a partner-led commercial model. Going forward, MIT, ION, SafeSchool, and ExpoX will be sold exclusively through certified partners, system integrators, and solution providers. This approach enables faster deployments, broader market reach, and solutions tailored to specific industries and use cases.
Hidonix will continue to own and develop the technology. All core R&D, platform evolution, and technology governance remain fully under Hidonix’s control.
